It's "Phantasmagoria" this Halloween!

With Halloween around the corner the Brat Pack have been super busy with some spooky goodies for you this year!  So for something different we decided to go with Phantasmagoria - a catchy name, but how many know what it actually means? *s*

Phantasmagoria (also fantasmagorie, fantasmagoria) was a form of theatre which used a modified magic lantern to project frightening images such as skeletons, demons, and ghosts onto walls, smoke, or semi-transparent screens, frequently using rear projection. The projector was mobile, allowing the projected image to move and change size on the screen, and multiple projecting devices allowed for quick switching of different images. Invented in France in the late 18th century, it gained popularity through most of Europe (especially England) throughout the 19th century.

Meaning:
1. a shifting series of phantasms, illusions, or deceptive appearances, as in a dream or as created by the imagination.
2. a changing scene made up of many elements.
3. an optical illusion produced by a magic lantern or the like in which figures increase or diminish in size, pass into each other, dissolve, etc.

Such a different yet thrilling theme!

**As of 1st July The Brat Pack departs on the 1st of the month!!**

You may make Tagger, Full Size, CU, QP's whatever you like - just be sure to let your visitors know what your items are!  Please state on your previews whether they are FULL SIZE or TAGGER and CU or PU. *s*
You may call your kit/items anything you wish just so long as it fits into the theme.

We are trying to make our train one our visitors enjoy riding on, and some become disheartened to find a freebie very minimal. So we would like to offer them something to keep them coming back! And freebies are advertising for our PTU work.

NOTE: You have to be very careful with what you call things or use for supplies due to copyrights. You may NOT name your kits the same as that of a TV, book or movie etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING YOUR PREVIEW:
1. Log in to http://photobucket.com/
Log In details on Yahoo Group
2. Select October 2012 album, and click UPLOAD NOW (green button located at the top);
3. Click and then SELECT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS button to browse and locate your preview on your computer and upload;
4. On the next page PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME (so I know whose preview is whose) in the title section;
5. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE TO ALBUM...and you're done!

Previews MUST be uploaded to the Photobucket album by no later than 27th September
Train departs Monday 1st October - Midnight Australian EST
(but please bear in mind that departure times may differ from others)

Train will run for the duration of the month after which on the 1st of the following month your part is yours to do what you wish with - put it up for sale or keep it as a freebie.

The Twilight Train Departs

:: FOREVER IS ONLY THE BEGINNING ::
The Brat Pack "Twilight Train"

I just 34 days "Breaking Dawn Part 1" hits cinemas all over the world and to celebrate its impending release the Brat Pack have a train-load of goodies for you this month!

From the beginning we have followed the love story between Edward and Bella and with the first part of this final chapter we finally see the couple wed and enjoy a wonderful honeymoon on a secluded island....but it is brought to an abrupt end. Bella is pregnant, and with the forces against them, Bella draws on the support of an unlikely ally. Will this be the end for Bella? Or is this just the beginning?

Remember - a little goes a long way. It doesn't take much to leave a note of thanks when you download (on this blog post not on 4shared cause I don't see them) and it is very much appreciated. We all love to hear your comments. *s*

Twilight Train Sign Ups are OPEN!!

It's almost the time we've been waiting for...the first installment of the final chapter to the Twilight Saga! "Breaking Dawn" premieres in just two months' time and while most of us fans know what happens next we are still waiting on the edge of our seats to see it come to life on the big screen.
So October sees us celebrate what's to come with our "Twilight Train" - the theme/title chosen as voted by you and the fans (results still on the blog) to celebrate not only the long-awaited wedding between Edward and Bella, but the promise of forever. "Forever" can mean anything you interpret it to mean - their marriage, their lives, their existence. We all look forward to what YOU can come up with.

You may make Tagger, Full Size, CU, QP's whatever you like - just be sure to let your visitors know what your items are!

Due to the nature of this theme there is no colour palette, as each kind of Awareness has varying colours, so of course that would reflect in your kit with whatever choice you make. You can make anything you like as long as it is something that reflects an Awareness/Cause. Here are some examples of awareness/cause colours (which you can find here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_awareness_ribbons):

PLEASE NOTE: I am sending the theme out early because I will be away during mid-October and will be unable to get the train going and answer everyone's questions etc. So I have decided to start October's train on 1st October but this will be FOR OCTOBER ONLY!

Due Date: 27th September
Train departure: Friday 1st October
